A renowned opportunity has arisen for a Junior Contract Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Ballina, Northern NSW.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results in the commercial construction industry. As a Junior Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the tender and estimating delivery, analyzing quotations and preparing basic estimates and recommendations, conducting site inspections and managing budgets and programs, among other key tasks.

About You - Skills and Qualifications

  • Cert IV in Contract Administration or equivalent (as a minimum).
  • Construction management degree or similar relevant tertiary/trade qualification (highly desirable).
  • Jobpac experience (not essential but highly regarded).
  • A minimum of 2 years practical experience gained from working in the building construction industry in a similar type of contract administration role.
