Job Title

A Skilled Heavy Diesel Mechanic is sought for a position involving the repair and maintenance of heavy diesel engines and related systems.

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical skills, including fault-finding and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems across trucks, mobile plant, light vehicles, and related machinery.
  • They should also have experience with diagnostic software and tools to efficiently identify and resolve issues.

Key requirements include:

  • Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
  • Current & Valid Driver's License (Preferred)
  • National Police Clearance
  • High Risk Forklift Licence (Desirable)
  • Proven experience as a Heavy-Duty Mechanic working on trucks, mobile plant, or similar equipment
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
