Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants, their families, and carers to understand their needs and goals.
  • Work collaboratively with local communities and mainstream services to raise awareness and promote inclusivity for people with disability.
  • Utilize a strengths-based approach to help participants understand their funding and explore ways to achieve their goals.
  • Operate within a hot desking environment and actively participate in community work.
Requirements
  • Great people skills and excellent written communication.
  • Experience in meeting and exceeding KPIs and outcomes.
  • Adaptability and ability to cope with a fast-paced environment.
  • A person-centered approach when working with vulnerable people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Relevant qualifications in disability, allied health, community services, or a minimum of 2 years' experience working with people living with disability or lived experience with disability or caring for someone with disability.
