The Policy Wording Executive role at Aon is to provide technical product support to Aon staff across general insurance product lines. This position sits within a team of dedicated insurance technicians who work closely together ensuring first-class support to Aon staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and draft new and updated insurance products with a specific focus on Aon's own manufactured policies;
- Review and triage insurer endorsements for the Aon Technical library so colleagues have access to derogation commentary;
- Deliver insurance product training to Aon staff and on occasion to Aon's clients;
- Collaborate with other teams within Aon to progress projects and deliver against Aon's goals;
- Contribute to or lead the development and maintenance of tools designed to empower Aon's colleagues to access technical resources and know-how;
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
