Support Services Administrator

The role of the Support Services Administrator is vital in ensuring efficient access to mental health services for individuals. This position plays a pivotal part in streamlining service navigation, guaranteeing that those in need receive the right care at the right time.

The team works collaboratively with public and private sector providers, offering a point of entry for support service coordination. Innovative referral pathways, including eReferral capabilities, are integrated to enhance access, responsiveness, and continuity of care for all Tasmanians requiring mental health support.

  • This position requires:
  • Ability to work effectively with people with lived experience and their families and friends, as well as collaborate within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to undertake duties professionally and maintain discretion.
  • Knowledge and experience of office administration practices, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and general knowledge of financial administration processes within the public sector.
