Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Support Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and dignity of our residents by providing clean laundry services.

About the Role
  • Sort, wash, dry, fold, and deliver clean laundry to residents and facilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry areas, including equipment and supplies
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing resident concerns and needs
  • Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to established procedures
  • Assist with linen stock management, including ordering and inventory control
Requirements
  • Previous experience in laundry or cleaning is an asset but not required
  • Able to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with our organization
  • Able to follow instructions and work safely, adhering to our health and safety protocols
  • Police check/NDIS Worker Check or willing to obtain one
