About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and empathetic support workers who can provide high-quality care and support to our clients. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation;
  • Encouraging clients to participate in leisure activities and develop new skills;
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients;

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, an understanding of disability and mental health concepts, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and basic first aid and CPR certification. A valid Working with Children Check and National Police Certificate are also required.
