Key Responsibilities

As a Credit Claims Officer at Sharp & Carter, you will be responsible for a high volume of collection calls and dealing with Branch Managers, Internal Stakeholders, and external Customers.

Key Tasks
  • Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation
  • Recovery Accruals account
  • Prepare and submit claims to the Web portal
  • Prepare and submit claims via email to other suppliers
  • Create entries of credits in the Net Suite
  • Maintain Claims Invoice register
  • Prepare Payment proposals monthly
  • Handle client inquiries
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional time management skills, and the ability to prioritise your workload in a logical way
  • Experience in a Credit Claims role in the past
  • Possess excellent written and communication skills
  • Be a team player; able to liaise effectively with other existing team members to maximise productivity
  • Demonstrated prior experience as an Accounts Receivable/Claims to assist a smooth transition into the new environment
