Job Overview

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Lawyer in the Planning and Environment sector. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with 1-4 years of PAE experience to develop their skills and expertise in Land and Environment Court litigation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Litigation in the Land and Environment Court;
  • Advice on planning instruments, development contributions, environmental law compliance, and contamination;
  • Drafting planning agreements and works in kind agreements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent legal research and written skills, with the ability to draft legal documents appropriate to your level of experience. You will also require a keen eye for detail, sound judgement, critical thinking, and excellent problem-solving skills.

We are looking for candidates who have a background in or exposure to Land and Environment Court litigation, and who are passionate about planning and environment law. This is an excellent opportunity for early career professionals to develop under a senior team.
