Job Overview

This is a key role in supporting, advising and coordinating drivers and driving operations across the country. You will be the first point of contact for drivers, providing 24-hour support to the whole network on a rotating shift basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for Coach Captains
  • Solving problems and escalating where appropriate
  • Coordinating support services for breakdowns, injuries and other situations that may arise
  • Making decisions on routes and passenger changes
  • Managing compliance with legislative requirements
  • Logging all reported incidents
Requirements
  • Knowledge of the coach, transport and/or logistics industry
  • Experience in logistics or transport roles
  • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Able to manage challenging situations and handle pressure
