The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the site team, aligning with the administration department's target of consistently delivering efficient, accurate, and high-quality outcomes. Key responsibilities include preparing and maintaining documentation, plans, and reports; facilitating new starter processes; raising and receipting purchase orders; and maintaining databases and document management systems.

Requirements
  • SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCE within a fast-paced administration role
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Site Administrator
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • EXCELLENT ORGANISATION SKILLS, ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  • Strong communication and people skills, comfortable integrating into a diverse team
