Lead Middle School Girls Basketball Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced coach to lead our middle school girls basketball team for the upcoming season.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain knowledge of District policies and procedures to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
  • Stay updated on South Carolina High School League policies and procedures to provide exceptional coaching services.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs and practice schedules to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Schedule non-region games and arrange transportation for away games to promote team bonding and growth.
  • Ensure proper storage and maintenance of sport equipment and uniforms to maintain a professional environment.
  • Enforce discipline policies and emphasize sportsmanship among students, staff, and peers.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for student athletes at all times.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, staff, parents, fellow coaches, officials, and other stakeholders through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Address conflicts professionally and communicate effectively with the Athletic Director and Principal to ensure seamless collaboration.
