Global Health Leadership Opportunity

The ideal candidate will lead the Global Health function, maintaining and enhancing the quality of our program through strategic planning and collaboration with key stakeholders. We foster a culture of learning and innovation to improve health outcomes for people in the communities we partner with.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver strategic plans for RACS' Global Health priorities in line with global best practice.
  • Oversee program design, implementation, and evaluation across all Global Health activities, guiding development in accordance with best practices and regulations.
  • Manage staff to ensure efficient and effective program systems, leading to high-quality submissions and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead financial and contract management for RACS Global Health, working closely with the finance team to ensure sound financial management.
Requirements:

We seek candidates with significant experience in health development planning and delivery, as well as extensive management experience. A strong understanding of contemporary global health program planning and delivery is essential.
