Program Director Mental Health

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Program Director to lead our multidisciplinary team on a 26-bed psychosocial rehabilitation unit and outpatient service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level management, engaging with healthcare partners to ensure contractual obligations are met, and promoting mental health consumer recovery.
The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing or equivalent, current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulations Agency (AHPRA), and demonstrated expertise in rehabilitative care and reintegration into mainstream prison environments or communities.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing or equivalent

- Clear understanding of reintegration pathways
