AI Engineer

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to collaborate with data scientists and SMEs to drive business value across the organization. You will design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and efficient AI solutions on AWS Bedrock, overseeing the operational management of AI business solutions.

The Role:

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-enabled products, leveraging your expertise in generative AI systems, Amazon SageMaker, and Python. Your goal is to deliver end-to-end project delivery from ideation and rapid prototyping through deployment and ongoing operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions on AWS Bedrock.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and subject matter experts to translate business needs into AI-enabled products.
  • Ensure security, reliability, and efficiency in deployed AI systems and monitor operational performance.
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery from ideation and rapid prototyping through deployment and ongoing operations.
Qualifications:
  • 3–5+ years building generative AI systems (LLMs, diffusion models, GANs, etc.).
  • At least 12 months of commercial, production-grade experience delivering end-to-end AI solutions on AWS Bedrock.
  • Hands-on technical leadership with deep SME knowledge and production-grade Python skills.
  • Strong experience with Amazon SageMaker (model training, deployment pipelines, monitoring, cost optimization).
  • Ability to design, build, and ship AI-driven products at scale with rapid prototyping capabilities.
  • Strong commercial acumen to work with business stakeholders and provide appropriate AI solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
