HVAC Systems Specialist

As an HVAC Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for performing technical work on building services equipment in accordance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of HVAC/Mechanical systems, including compressors, pumps, water treatment systems, refrigeration, and air conditioning.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
- Quickly respond to and troubleshoot mechanical faults or breakdowns, implementing solutions to minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all HVAC/Mechanical systems operate efficiently and in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and maintenance teams to maintain seamless operations of facility systems.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including shift logs, system performance, and repair tasks.
- Monitor environmental conditions and mechanical system outputs to align with industry standards.
