You will oversee the impactful Anangu Bibi Birthing project and wield substantial autonomy and decision-making authority, shaping the future of patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct patient care and offer clinical leadership
- Coordinate transformative projects and mentor staff and students
- Ensure adherence to nursing and midwifery standards and policies
- Drive enhanced patient outcomes and exemplify accountability in all aspects of your work
To be successful in this role, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. You should have a registered Nurse and or Midwife with at least 3 years post registration experience and demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing and or midwifery practice in accordance with the relevant standards.
