**Job Description**

We are currently seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join our Finance Team in Sydney. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for financial analysis, budgeting, business partnering, and complex financial modeling in the wagering division.

You will provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions, ensure financial compliance and accuracy, and optimize profitability to contribute to Tabcorp's success in the wagering industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial analysis and budgeting tasks to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning
  • Provide data-driven insights to support business partnering and decision-making
  • Ensure financial compliance and accuracy in accordance with relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Management Accountant role or similar position
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • CA/CPA qualified or nearly completed
  • Knowledge of Oracle financials or similar ERP systems (desirable)
