About the Role

We are seeking a talented Quantitative Researcher to join our team in the field of quantitative finance. As a Quantitative Researcher, you will apply mathematical and statistical techniques to solve complex problems in our trading environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate research ideas by immersing yourself in market data and leveraging tools in mathematics, statistics, and programming.
  • Work side-by-side with technologists to backtest results and put trading signals into production.
  • Continuously research and optimize trading strategies to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with other researchers, strategists, and traders to collect feedback and brainstorm new ideas.

Requirements

  • Honours or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, or Economics.
  • Exceptional mathematical problem-solving skills.
  • Solid communication skills, both in the ability to understand others and to make yourself clearly understood.
  • Strong, practical computing skills.
  • Experience working on in-depth research projects.
