**Compensation Package**

**Job Description**
As a Quantitative Researcher at Susquehanna, you will be part of a dynamic team that applies mathematics, statistics, and programming to solve complex problems in our trading environment. You will investigate ideas, immerse yourself in market data, and leverage tools to discover new patterns and transform them into trading signals. Working closely with technologists, you will backtest your results, put trading signals into production, and continually optimize strategy performance.
You will have access to a comprehensive education program, which includes classroom theory, simulated learning, and secondments to our Philadelphia office. This program is designed to bridge the gap between academia and industry, setting you up for success in your career.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A honours or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, or Economics
- Exceptional mathematical problem-solving skills
- Solid communication skills, both in understanding others and expressing yourself clearly
- Strong practical computing skills, with proficiency in getting computers to accomplish tasks efficiently and reliably
- Experience working on in-depth research projects
