">About the Role:
">The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist will be responsible for providing recovery-focused clinical services, assessing and coordinating care, intervening and reviewing treatment plans for young people in distress.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Conduct thorough mental health assessments and provide evidence-based interventions for children, adolescents and their families/carers.
- Work collaboratively with consumers, families, carers and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality care.
- Use a strengths-based approach to rehabilitation and recovery, promoting empowerment and autonomy.
Requirements:
">Candidates must possess tertiary qualifications and registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Psychologist.
">Demonstrated experience in contemporary clinical Child and Adolescent Mental Health practice is highly desirable.
