Residential Community Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our residential community in Newcastle, New South Wales.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring that all residents receive respectful and person-centered service.

You will work closely with various teams to coordinate maintenance, refurbishment works, and other essential services.

In addition to your operational duties, you will also play a key role in fostering an inclusive and respectful community culture.

This is a part-time position, requiring 3 days per week. You will be expected to maintain accurate records, manage correspondence, and provide regular reporting using our systems.

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.

A calm and professional demeanor, combined with a warm and welcoming personality, is essential for this position.

You will be required to have a valid driver's license and own vehicle for travel between villages.
