We are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Care Manager to lead our 65-bed residential aged care home in Narrabeen.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality person-centred care, managing compliance and accreditation, driving financial and workforce performance, and building a positive culture across the home.
You will oversee all aspects of operational, clinical, and team performance, leading a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care that meets or exceeds regulatory standards.
Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction, quality of life, and health outcomes.
Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements:
A Registered Nurse with at least 5 years' experience in leadership roles, preferably in aged care.
Strong clinical knowledge and skills, with a focus on gerontological nursing practice.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, residents, and stakeholders.
AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
