Senior Residential Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Care Manager to lead our 65-bed residential aged care home in Narrabeen.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality person-centred care, managing compliance and accreditation, driving financial and workforce performance, and building a positive culture across the home.

  • You will oversee all aspects of operational, clinical, and team performance, leading a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care that meets or exceeds regulatory standards.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction, quality of life, and health outcomes.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements:

  • A Registered Nurse with at least 5 years' experience in leadership roles, preferably in aged care.

  • Strong clinical knowledge and skills, with a focus on gerontological nursing practice.

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, residents, and stakeholders.

  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
