- Main Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in the contact centre.
- Serve as a primary contact for clients, managing relationships and producing welcome emails for new clients.
- Assist with client inquiries aligned with our service offerings and liaise with key stakeholders.
- Draft and produce client communications for managers.
- Manage chat and email inquiries from clients.
- Respond to calls from key stakeholders, supporting their needs including administration.
- Apply effective problem-solving and time management skills in client service operations.
- Address other service-related queries as assigned by your team leader.
- Key Requirements:
- Experience in a call centre environment with a passion for customer support.
- Energetic and motivated to resolve questions and support clients via excellent phone interactions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to engage multiple stakeholders effectively.
