Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.

This role is responsible for providing excellent support to our customers by answering their questions, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring they have a positive experience.

Work closely with other departments within the organisation to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer queries regarding product information, order status, billing and payment issues.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Provide timely, accurate, courteous responses to incoming calls and emailsLiaise with ALH states staff to resolve customer enquiriesIdentify opportunities for improvement within the department and working collaboratively with other departments to implement solutionsMaintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactionsProcess and follow up after call requests via email, telephone and direct in a timely accurate and efficient manner

Passionate about providing exceptional Customer Service and building relationships over the phonePrevious experience in a contact centre desirable but not essential as training will be providedExcellent phone mannerStrong attention to detail and accuracyAdministrative and Sales experience (desirable)Computer literate with the entire google suite Strong verbal and written communication skillsA 'can-do' attitude aligned to the continuous improvement of our customer experience strategy
