Social Media Strategy and Content Calendar Manager

This position is responsible for leading the social media strategy and content calendar for APAC South. The successful candidate will have 6+ years of experience managing social media channels in a fast-paced marketing or community role, with proven experience managing content and engagement across all major social platforms.

The ideal candidate will be able to localise and originate content that resonates with players and supports campaign objectives. They will also be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day publishing of content, community interactions, and player engagement across Blizzard's social channels.
  • Briefing and managing social agencies to support campaign execution and evergreen content.
  • Tracking, reporting, and analysing key social KPIs (reach, engagement, sentiment) and providing insights to optimise strategy.

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
