We are seeking a skilled Social Media Strategist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals and objectives.

About the Role:

  • Manage and grow our online presence across various platforms.
  • Create engaging content and coordinate high-impact campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to drive awareness and interaction.
  • Execute and manage the social media strategy to ensure alignment with brand goals and market relevance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external creators to produce high-quality content.
  • Coordinate and manage content shoots, events, and activations to maximise brand visibility.
  • Track, analyse, and report on social media performance to optimise content strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse trends, growth opportunities, and new content formats to continually elevate brand presence and audience engagement.
  • Identify and capitalise on emerging social media opportunities to drive business results.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, including campaign development and execution.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Excellent writing, design, and video production skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
