Corporate Governance Research Leader - China/Taiwan

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the corporate governance research team for China and Taiwan companies.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage the production of ISS' benchmark research on China and Taiwan companies, delivering high-quality reports to institutional shareholder clients within required deadlines.

  • Manage day-to-day research production, ensuring timely delivery of reports
  • Review and contribute to junior analysts' training and development
  • Author detailed research reports on large-cap companies based on analysis of corporate governance and financial information
  • Engage with key regulators in the China and Taiwan market
  • Participate in dialogue and engagement with listed companies as part of the research process
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law, Economics, Political Science, Journalism or other relevant area
  • Master's Degree. MBA/ CFA/ CA degree would be an advantage
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in a related field, in any of investor, corporate issuer, or advisory capacities
  • Excellent understanding of corporate governance and finance/capital markets
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in Chinese (both simplified and traditional) and English
