We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Support Professional.
In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors in residential aged care homes.
You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team to deliver person-centered care, promoting the wellbeing and dignity of residents.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Actively promoting a positive culture through respectful interactions
- Providing high-quality care that meets the unique needs of each resident
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to relevant standards and policies
- Contributing to a safe and supportive living environment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III/IV in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
- A current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team
