Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where quality and customer satisfaction come first.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a diverse range of breakfast dishes, from traditional full hot breakfasts to healthier and continental choices. They will manage the kitchen breakfast section efficiently, ensuring food is prepared on time, cooked to perfection, and presented beautifully.

  • Prepare, cook and serve food for the breakfast buffet showcasing variety and flair
  • Ensure strict stock rotation and minimum wastage following stock control procedures
  • Keep all working areas clean and tidy. The chef is required to wash all dishes during service
  • Assist with in-house functions, restaurant and cafe food as required
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained, serviced and cleaned. Report any problems to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager.
