E-Commerce Manager

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join our team at Catch. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer-centric campaigns that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement campaign strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
- Work closely with marketing and loyalty teams to ensure cohesive strategy and execution of campaigns.
- Analyse and optimize the customer journey to identify opportunities for engagement and conversion.
- Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand standards.
- Develop strategies to amplify the brand through innovative and engaging campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or customer campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with proven ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and short time frames consistently.
- Strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
