Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior E-Commerce & Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our online store, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of the online store, including order processing, returns, and refunds.
- Ensure accurate and timely product launches, including product information and asset uploads.
- Manage product data accuracy and ensure products are well-presented visually across the site.
- Prepare and update budgets and sales reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Manage online inventory and follow the marketing calendar to manage digital activity.
- Proven experience in a similar role or e-commerce experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing.
