Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cafe Manager to lead our team to success. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for motivating, supporting, and supervising a diverse group of staff.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing fast-paced environments, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a proactive attitude. You will be someone who can think critically, has previous leadership experience, and is a motivated team player who inspires others to learn and develop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Uphold high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness in our cafe.
  • Assist in achieving business financials and growing profitability through effective sales strategies and efficient operations.
  • Supervise and motivate staff to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with the manager to implement new ideas and improve processes to drive business growth.

This is a permanent full-time position with flexible rostering – days only, alternate weekends, no split shift. You will enjoy a wide range of tasks and responsibilities by being hands-on and supporting the team.
