We're looking for a commercially sharp and customer-driven professional to manage a portfolio of residential builders and resellers.
This role involves developing account plans to increase market share and improving customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years' experience in account management, business development, or commercial sales, and experience in the building, construction, or manufacturing materials sector.

- Build strong relationships with builders, resellers, and key decision-makers.

- Utilize CRM tools and sales reporting to track performance and forecasting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in account management, business development, or commercial sales.
- Experience in the building, construction, or manufacturing materials sector.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage revenue budgets and deliver against growth targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel essential).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong planning, time management, and reporting discipline.
