Job Description

We're looking for a commercially sharp and customer-driven professional to manage a portfolio of residential builders and resellers.

This role involves developing account plans to increase market share and improving customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years' experience in account management, business development, or commercial sales, and experience in the building, construction, or manufacturing materials sector.

About The Role
  • Manage a portfolio of residential builders and resellers to achieve business growth targets.
  • Develop account plans to increase market share and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with builders, resellers, and key decision-makers.
  • Analyze financial and market data to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Negotiate agreements that protect our interests while delivering value to customers.
  • Utilize CRM tools and sales reporting to track performance and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in account management, business development, or commercial sales.
  • Experience in the building, construction, or manufacturing materials sector.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage revenue budgets and deliver against growth targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel essential).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong planning, time management, and reporting discipline.
