Role Summary


This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to provide technical business analysis capabilities within the Records Management initiative. The initiative is a multi-year program with several streams and 8 divisional project teams.


As the Technical Business Analyst, you will play a key role in providing data analysis to align different measures, understand trends, and advise on potential efficiencies between and within the divisional programs.


Responsibilities



  • Provide technical business analysis capabilities within the Records Management initiative.
  • Support the development of technology solutions and uplift the capability to ensure ongoing and sustainable compliance with the Records Management policy.
  • Collaborate with multiple and diverse stakeholders across different business divisions to drive out technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Demonstrate strong data analysis skills and the ability to deliver the best possible outcomes.
  • Show determination, resourcefulness, and a sense of purpose in driving project success.

Requirements



  • Proven experience working on large scale technology programs driving out technical requirements.
  • Experience in liaising with multiple and diverse stakeholders across different business divisions.
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to deliver the best possible outcomes.
  • Proven experience working in large and complex organisation in the financial services industry.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
