Job Overview
Macquarie is a global financial services group operating in 34 markets, with 55 years of unbroken profitability. We're seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Data Analyst to join our dynamic Credit Data Management team.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in data management or operations, preferably in financial services. You'll have advanced skills using SQL, Alteryx, and tools like Collibra. Strong stakeholder management, organisational skills, and a passion for championing change are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.

Responsibilities
You'll be a key member of our data team, supporting critical credit process data operations and contributing to continuous improvement. This includes implementing data management practices, such as data quality monitoring and issue management. Your role will be central to enabling a data-driven and risk management culture at Macquarie.

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Advanced skills using SQL, Alteryx, and tools like Collibra
- 5+ years' experience in data management or operations, preferably in financial services
- Experience in data quality monitoring and issue management
- Strong stakeholder management, organisational skills, and a passion for championing change
