About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders and HRBPs to develop and execute strategic talent attraction initiatives for key roles.
  • Lead and evolve early talent and talent readiness programs.
  • Utilize data to track talent trends, measure program impact, and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Forecast talent needs based on business growth and market trends.
  • Own and evolve strategies and programs that enable internal talent movement, visibility, and readiness for key roles.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to internal teams, supporting talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Proven success in designing and optimizing talent programs.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align talent initiatives to business goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
