Job Title: Asset Strategy Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic asset planning in a dynamic region. As the Asset Strategy Leader, you will be responsible for developing and managing asset information and strategic frameworks across all asset classes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage comprehensive asset strategies and plans
  • Lead the maturity of asset management practices and frameworks through ongoing assessment and improvement
  • Align asset lifecycles with business objectives, legislative requirements, and audit standards
  • Implement long-term asset management programs aligned with organizational financial goals and objectives
  • Identify and secure external funding opportunities and grants that support asset management initiatives
  • Provide leadership in data analysis, condition assessment, and asset valuation activities to inform strategic decision making
About You:

You will have formal qualifications in asset management, business administration, engineering, or substantial relevant experience. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. Leadership experience in a related field is desirable but not required.

A strong understanding of asset management principles, practices, and tools is necessary. Familiarity with asset lifecycle management and the ability to develop and implement effective asset management strategies are also critical. Proficiency in analytical tools and techniques is highly valued, as well as experience with data visualization and presentation software.
