Job Title: Asset Strategy Leader


 


Role Summary

This position plays a key role in developing and delivering strategic asset management solutions to drive business growth and improvement.


 


Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead the development of asset strategy and performance management solutions that address client needs. This includes providing technical leadership in strategic asset management, asset performance management systems and reliability engineering within our organisation.


 



  • Developing and delivering asset strategy and performance management solutions to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Providing technical leadership in strategic asset management, asset performance management systems and reliability engineering within our organisation.
  • Consulting with clients on strategic asset management and asset performance management.
  • Leading the implementation of asset strategy and performance management systems.
  • Overseeing the preparation of proposals for clients.
  • Providing technical direction to consultants and project teams.

 


Requirements

For this role we are looking for an experienced professional with:



  • A minimum of 15 years experience in engineering and consulting in asset intensive industries.
  • Knowledge of and prior experience in plant operations in one or more of the mining, minerals, energy, utilities and infrastructure sectors.
  • Recognised specialist engineering knowledge and expertise in strategic asset management, reliability engineering and operations readiness.
  • Well-developed computer skills and knowledge of databases, spreadsheets and typical reliability engineering and asset management software.
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships on the basis of technical credibility and project delivery record.
