
Early Intervention Specialist

Your RoleAs a dedicated professional, you will be responsible for early intervention processes such as claims lodgement and notification, ensuring timely access to relevant information required to process the claim.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure prompt uploading, recording, and allocation of medical certificates, invoices, and documentation
- Provide administrative support to ensure seamless mail outs and promotional campaigns
- Assist the team with Return to Work planning and non-work related illness management
- Notify Workers Compensation Insurers as stipulated by legislation
- Gather and lodge Work Cover claims forms and certificates to the relevant insurer
- Provide the insurer with payroll and personal information as requested during the investigation
- Coordinate external investigations for Workers Compensation claims
- Provide the insurer with incident investigation information as requested
- Support the team with Early Intervention action or training
- Develop and maintain a list of current and potential workers compensation payments to ensure accurate weekly payments and pending claim status
- Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely compensation payment
We're interested in hearing from individuals who possess:
- Recent work experience within workers compensation claims
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a team player attitude
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Experience working within a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Health & Safety or related discipline is desirable
