We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team in a dynamic and relationally informed early intervention model. As an Early Intervention Speech Pathologist, you will make a meaningful impact for children aged 0-6 years with developmental delays and their families.

You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring consistent and family-centered care. Your role involves performing functional assessments for young children to determine appropriate supports.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with families and trans-disciplinary teams to implement individualized intervention plans.
  • Providing direct Speech Pathology services in both individual and group settings.
  • Supporting families, educators, and professionals in creating inclusive environments and staying updated on best practices.

The successful candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and registration with Speech Pathology Australia. Experience working with young children with developmental delays or disability and their families is also essential.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology (essential).
  • Registration with Speech Pathology Australia (essential).
  • Experience working with young children with developmental delays or disability and their families.
  • Openness to work in an innovative, dynamic, and relationally informed early intervention model.
  • Knowledge of early childhood intervention principles and best practice.
  • A current drivers' license and willingness/ability to travel to clients.
