Lead Program Coordination
About the RoleThis key role involves coordinating all aspects of a program from inception to completion. Ensuring preparation and timely completion according to the project plan is crucial.
- Establishing and managing effective project operations to deliver quality outcomes.
- Project management of teams operating in complex technical environments.
- Defining, sourcing, and managing necessary project resources.
- Controlling project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Preparing project budgets and monitoring financials.
- Effectively controlling and managing issues, risks, dependencies, and changes in scope.
- Managing change plans and business impact assessments.
- Overseeing the business continuity plan within the functional area.
This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
Requirements:- Sound understanding of business requirements and technical limitations.
- Demonstrated experience in managing people and teams.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Financial management, including cost estimation and budget tracking.
- 10+ years' experience in Information Technology, with at least 5 years of IT Project Management.
- Able to work with executive level management and customers.
- Ability to frequently interact with a variety of stakeholders and team members.
