Chief Project Coordinator

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and quality output. As a seasoned project manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Mitigate potential risks that could impact the project timeline or budget.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Tertiary qualifications in structural/mechanical engineering or construction management.
- Sound knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and cost control tools.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient knowledge in MS Office suite.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
