About our team at Mount Marion Lithium Processing Plant.

  • We are seeking expressions of interest from Process Operators with wet plant experience to join us in the Goldfields region of Western Australia.
  • The role involves rotating day and night shifts and offering Fly In, Fly Out from Perth WA only.
About The Opportunity
  • As a Process Operator, you will safely operate all plant sections, including Grinding, Flotation, LIMS/WHIMS separation, Thickening, Filtration, Control Room, Concentrate load-out and Tailings disposal.
  • Monitor and optimise operations by maintaining high housekeeping standards and conducting daily inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Complete any other tasks and activities within your competency as directed by our Site Leadership Team.
  • Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations stipulated by us and/or our Client.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate all plant equipment, ensuring efficient processing and minimal downtime.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve operational excellence and meet performance targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and risk management.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and directives to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Experience operating heavy machinery and equipment (desirable).
  • Background in lithium, gold or copper processing operations (desirable).
Tickets & Licenses Required:
  • Current Australian Driver's License (HR license desirable).
  • Construction Induction Card.
  • Working at Heights, Confined Space and Gas Testing certifications (desirable).
  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check.
  • Ability to meet pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening requirements.
