We are seeking a skilled Process Operator to join our team at Mount Marion Lithium Processing Plant.

  1. About the Role:
  2. Safely operate all plant sections, including grinding, flotation, LIMS/WHIMS separation, thickening, filtration, control room, concentrate load-out, and tailings disposal.
  3. Monitor operations, maintain high housekeeping standards, conduct daily inspections, and ensure safety and compliance.
  4. Complete tasks within your competency as directed by the Site Leadership Team and comply with Company Rules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated safety commitment, good communication skills, ability to work within a team environment, and flexible attitude.
  • Experience operating forklifts, telehandlers, loaders, and bobcats is desirable, as well as experience in lithium, gold, or copper processing operations.
