About the Role

We are seeking an Industrial Manufacturing Associate to join our team for an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced industrial environment. This hands-on role involves assisting in the manufacture and production of products, working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Control: Ensuring high-quality products meet industry standards
  • Material Handling: Moving materials and equipment efficiently to support production
  • Operate Machinery and Equipment: Using machinery and equipment to produce products, following established procedures
  • Use of Power tools: Utilizing power tools safely and effectively to perform tasks
  • Heavy lifting and manual handling: Participating in physically demanding tasks as required
  • General site clean-up: Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
Roster & Hours:

Monday to Friday, flexible shifts available, including day, afternoon, and night shifts. Overtime may be available during busy periods.

Requirements:
  • Forklift Licence (desired but not essential)
  • Physically fit and capable of manual labor
  • Able to pass a pre-employment medical, physical, and Drug & Alcohol test
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills
  • Reliable, motivated, and ready to work
  • Local to the area
