**Job Overview:** We're seeking skilled and compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Associates. As a key member of our Care Services team, you will play a vital role in supporting people living with disabilities through provision of high-quality SIL Accommodation and in-home care services.

The Opportunity

As a Support Associate, you will work closely with our participants to deliver in-home care services, provide community access support, and foster independence and self-confidence. You will be responsible for assisting with medication administration, home-based daily living support, taking participants for appointments, observing and supporting behaviour, meal preparation and shopping assistance, maintaining records of participant progress, assessing ongoing needs, and providing manual handling support. Some participants require 24-hour care, so flexibility with shift cover is essential.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

• A Certificate III or IV in Disability, Ageing or related industries (highly regarded)
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Current National Police Clearance
• Current QLD Unrestricted Driver's License
• Ability to work varied shifts and possess a valid driver's license with comprehensive insurance
