Industrial Operations Director

As a seasoned Operations Manager, you will spearhead a team to deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic industrial setting. Your key areas of focus include:
- Establishing daily plans to meet output, service, and quality targets.
- Leading a core team and scaling labor during peak periods.
- Planning and executing maintenance with internal staff and contractors.
- Driving improvement in changeovers, workflow, and visual standards.
- Managing site operations and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
This is a hands-on role with clear accountability for performance, cost, and compliance. If you have a proven track record of leading operations in a manufacturing or industrial setting, we would welcome your application.
About You- You have led operations for a manufacturing/industrial/logistics site or a significant department.
- You are a visible leader on the floor, confident coordinating contractors and delivering capital projects while the plant runs.
- You have experience shifting maintenance from reactive to planned and using maintenance/enterprise systems for work orders, inventory, and reporting.
- You are comfortable managing site operations and delivering small capital projects.
- You are a clear, practical communicator who brings solutions and follows through.
