Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Specialist to fill a key role in our IT support team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to end-users with their computing devices, including troubleshooting and resolving issues without violating hardware warranty or security compliance requirements.
  • Reimage computers and hard drives as needed to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Support users in local data backup and restore processes to prevent data loss.
  • Collaborate with Service Desk/Remote Desktop Support teams for coordination efforts.
  • Securely decommission old devices, including data wiping and disposal requests.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in desktop support.
  • Valid work authorisation in Australia is required.
