
APAC Revenue Enablement Lead

Procore is seeking a Revenue Enablement Manager to join its team. This individual will be responsible for executing strategic enablement programs to drive coaching, training, and efficiency for go-to-market teams.
This role reports into the Director of Global GTM Enablement and will be based in Sydney. The ideal candidate has experience working in sales or customer success enablement, with strong analytical and project management skills.
- Develop and execute enablement plans to address business needs and improve revenue performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs
- Analyze key metrics to identify gaps and develop strategies to improve enablement outcomes
- 5+ years of experience in sales or customer success enablement
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer lifecycle, and revenue technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
